Nothing to start. The Referral model is $0 — no stock, no setup fee, no minimums. You earn $10 on every completed order. Wholesale and White-Label add inventory or setup costs in exchange for higher margins, but most directors begin with Referral and upgrade later.
No. The Referral agreement is one page, month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to end. It's non-exclusive — you can work with other vendors, and there are no minimums. Market exclusivity is available only if you choose a Wholesale or White-Label agreement.
We do. Plaques ship directly from Scan2Remember to the family, and we provide all family support — setup, replacements, and warranty — at no cost to you. You never stock, fulfill, or process payment.
$79 for the standard plaque (one-time). An optional digital subscription is $9.90/month for unlimited photos, video, and contributors — most families are happy on the free tier. Families pay us directly by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay; your funeral home never handles payment.
On Referral, $10 per completed order — about $800 a year for a 200-service home at a 40% rate, for near-zero effort. On Wholesale, $44–$74 margin per plaque (you sell at $69–$99), which works out to roughly $5,800–$6,400 a year at the same volume and attach rate.
Same day on Referral — sign the 1-page agreement and your kit and dashboard link go out immediately. Wholesale takes about 7 days for first stock to arrive; White-Label takes about 30 days for branded plaques and your portal.
No stock on Referral — we send 10 brochures, a talking-points card, and a sample plaque. Staff training is one sentence: mention it late in the arrangement conversation and hand over a brochure. Your dashboard tracks every referral automatically.
