PURCHASING PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE; PLACING ORDERS, PAYMENT, PRODUCT DELIVERY AND SHIPPING; INSTALLATIONS

Scan2Remember strives to ensure that all details, descriptions, and product images appearing on the Website are correct. However, it should be emphasized that the product appearance displayed on your device screen may differ from the actual appearance due to differences arising, among other things, from display settings and screen quality on your device. In any case, it will be clarified that product images appearing on the Website are for illustration purposes only unless otherwise specified and do not bind Scan2Remember in any way.

Payment on the Website may be made by credit card subject to credit company approval or in any other way as determined from time to time by Scan2Remember. It is clarified that Scan2Remember may change the payment methods and/or means and/or order placement methods at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without users having any claims against it for this reason.

Delivery of products purchased on the Website for which full payment has been made may be done by shipping to a location chosen by the user according to shipping areas as determined by Scan2Remember as detailed on the Website. Scan2Remember may change delivery methods and/or shipping areas and/or shipping countries from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without users having any claims against it for this reason.

Product orders for shipping may involve shipping costs at a price that will appear on the Website, which are in addition to the total order cost of the products. Scan2Remember reserves the right to update shipping costs from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without users having any claims against it for this reason. Additionally, for orders to countries outside Israel, taxes including import taxes may apply, which will be added to the product price and completed by the customer. Additionally, note that there may be additional costs for transportation and/or installation of the product in addition to the product price itself.

There may be delays in delivery time due to reasons not dependent on the Website operator and not under its control, including but not limited to force majeure, sensitive security situation in the delivery area, extreme weather, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, etc.), other disasters (such as fire, road blockages, epidemics, etc.) and delays arising from strikes and/or orders from governmental authorities preventing temporary delivery, and the customer will have no claims against Scan2Remember for such delays. It is clarified that such delays will not exempt the customer from their obligation to pay for their order.

Scan2Remember will not be liable for delays not under its control and/or originating from the customer, including but not limited to difficulties in contacting the customer. Such delays will not be considered a breach of Scan2Remember's obligations to deliver the product, and such delays will not exempt the customer from their obligation to pay for their order. It should be noted that if within 30 days the products do not reach the customer not due to actions and/or omissions by Scan2Remember (for example, it will not be possible to contact the customer and/or the customer will not come to collect the product), then the customer will be considered as having waived their order and Scan2Remember may refuse to supply the product anymore, without the customer being entitled to any refund.

Product packaging will be done according to Scan2Remember's discretion, and the customer will have no claim against Scan2Remember for this reason.

Product prices on the Website are not necessarily identical to product prices anywhere else, including but not limited to Scan2Remember's business pages on social networks. In any case, the prices appearing on the Website are the determining prices for any purchase of products made through the Website.

It is clarified that products are supplied by Scan2Remember AS-IS and some require assembly and/or installation. Assembly and/or installation services are NOT provided by Scan2Remember, and if assembly and/or installation is needed, this will be the user's responsibility and at their expense. If the customer chooses to install and/or assemble the product independently, they bear responsibility for such installation and Scan2Remember will not be liable for any damage caused as a result. For the avoidance of doubt -- any defect in product installation arising from the customer's self-installation is the customer's responsibility, and Scan2Remember will have no liability regarding this and the customer will not be entitled to any refund in case of self-installation as mentioned.
