You set the prices, and families pay you through your own Stripe account.

What does the white-label memorial program cost?
The white-label platform is $99 per month plus a 9% revenue share, deducted automatically through Stripe. QR plaques are ordered separately: $4.69 each for 500 to 999, $4.33 for 1,000 to 1,499, and $3.95 for 1,500 or more. The minimum plaque order is 500. You set the retail prices families pay, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

The 9% applies only to digital revenue: memorial page subscriptions and digital upgrades. Plaque sales and anything else you sell stay entirely yours. The $99 a month is per brand, and one brand means one domain.

How do ordering and white-label work?
After a demo and a signed agreement, we make customized samples of your plaque and packaging. You then place a plaque order of 500 or more, paid before production, and we set up your branding, domain and Stripe in a short onboarding session. Families only ever see your name.
- Book a demo. We show you the family side, the admin side and the plaque.
- Sign the partnership agreement. Month to month, with written notice to cancel.
- Approve your samples. We make customized samples of your plaque and packaging first.
- Place your first plaque order (minimum 500), paid before production. Choose air express or sea freight; shipping is quoted at dispatch.
- Go live. In a short onboarding session we set up your branding, your domain and Stripe Connect. Then you start offering it to families.
Each plaque is anodized aluminum with sub-surface printing, carries its own unique QR code and your logo, has an adhesive back, and comes in a gift box with your branding. US import duties and sales taxes are handled by the partner.
How long does it take to get started?
Platform onboarding is one short session. Plaque production time for a custom-branded run is confirmed when you order, and shipping is by air express or sea freight, quoted at dispatch.
