14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all QR Memorial products. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
Return Eligibility You may return your QR Memorial within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- The QR code has not been activated
- All original materials are included (keepsake box, setup guide)
- The product shows no signs of installation or outdoor placement
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the memorial securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any carrier location
Return Shipping
- We provide FREE return shipping labels for all returns
- Returns typically arrive at our facility within 5-7 business days
- You'll receive tracking information to monitor your return
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- Full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method
- Digital memorial page fees are non-refundable if already activated
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- QR Memorial pages that have been activated and personalized
- Custom engraved products with personalized text
- Digital memorial services after content has been uploaded
- Installation services after completion
- Gift cards and promotional items
Damaged or Defective Products If your memorial arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the damage
- We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost
- No need to return the damaged item
- Expedited shipping available if needed
Exchange Policy We're happy to exchange your memorial for:
- Different size or material
- Corrected engraving errors (our responsibility only)
- Upgraded product (pay the difference)
